- ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
TBA Housing Bureau will send you an acknowledgement of your reservation. Please review all information for accuracy. Upon receipt of your hotel request form, acknowledgements will be mailed as follows: E-mail acknowledgements will be sent within 72 hours of reservations being processed. Fax and mailed acknowledgements will be sent within 10-14 days. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, please contact TBA Housing Bureau by fax at 210-207-6702, or email: sahousing@sanantoniovisit.com. You will not receive a confirmation slip from the hotel.
- ROOM RATES/TAXES
To take advantage of the special TBA rates, please book your reservation by
June 29, 2007. After that date, TBA room blocks will be released and hotels may charge higher rates.
All rates are per room and are subject to 16.75% occupancy tax, (subject to change). Special requests
cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign
specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
- GUARANTEE
All reservations require a valid credit card or check deposit guarantee at the time of confirming reservations.
Requests received without a valid guarantee will be returned and will not be processed.
- CHECK DEPOSIT GUARANTEE
If you choose to mail in a check deposit guarantee, it should be made payable to TBA Housing Bureau and
mailed along with your housing request form to the address provided. All check deposit guarantees must
be in the amount of $200.
- CANCELLATION PENALTY
TBA Housing Bureau must receive cancellations on or prior to June 1, 2007, to avoid a penalty. Any
cancellations received after June 1, 2007, will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
- CHANGES
Continue to use TBA Housing Bureau for changes & cancellations through July 5, 2007. Beginning July 6, 2007,
changes & cancellations must be directed to your confirmed hotel. All cancellations must be received 72
hours prior to arrival, or a one night room and tax will be assessed by your confirmed hotel. Please note:
your confirmed hotel may assess an early departure fee for departure date changes at check in.
