Membership Information

Exhibitor Business Membership - $80.00 per company
An Exhibitor Business Membership is required for companies, corporations, or school affiliated organizations who wish to exhibit at the Texas Bandmasters Association Annual Convention/Clinic.

An Exhibitor Business Membership entitles companies, corporations, or school- affiliated organizations to advertise and/or become an event sponsor.

Non-Exhibitor Business Membership - $125.00 per company
A Non-Exhibitor Business Membership is required for companies, corporations, or school affiliated organizations who choose NOT to exhibit but wish to send their employees to the convention.

This membership does NOT entitle a company to conduct business by distributing literature or business cards to Texas Bandmasters Association Members.

A Non-Exhibitor Business Membership entitles companies, corporations, or school- affiliated organizations to advertise and/or become a event Sponsor.

Advertising Information

Membership Requirements:
Any company, corporation, or school-affiliated organization who wishes to advertise in the Texas Bandmasters Association official Convention Program or Texas Bandmasters Association Bandmasters Review must be an active Exhibitor Business Member or a Non-Exhibitor Business Member.

Industry Sponsorship Information

About:
The Texas Bandmasters Association invites our Business Members and Exhibitors to participate in our Industry Event Sponsorship Program. In addition to extra Texas Bandmasters Association website and publication exposure this year, you will earn 5 extra booth placement priority points if exhibiting at the Texas Bandmasters Association Clinic / Convention for each $500 Industry Sponsorship contracted by your company.

Sponsorship Details:
Sponsorships for specific TBA events may be purchased for $500 each. Multiple sponsorships are encouraged for enabling your Company's Name to be exposed throughout the four day convention.

Exclusive Sponsorships are available for any company that wishes to purchase all the Sponsorships in one event category. Please contact the Texas Bandmasters Association office to inquire about the discounted rate for an exclusive sponsorship.

Product Showcase Information

About:
The Texas Bandmasters Association invites our business member exhibitors to participate in our Product Showcase Program at the 2012 TBA Convention / Clinic.

Product Showcase Details:
- Product Showcases will be scheduled in one hour sessions.
- Product Showcases will be held in a Convention Center meeting room with seating capacity of 200.
- Product Showcases will be listed in the TBA Convention Program and will be advertised on signage outside the meeting room.
- Product Showcases fee is $250 per one hour session. Companies may present more than one session.
- TBA will provide one stand microphone, a projector and screen, and connection to a sound system. Your company must provide laptop and cords or adaptors to connect AV system provided.

Product Showcase Regulations/Requirements:
- Only companies with a completed 2012 TBA Convention booth application may apply for this Product Showcase program.
- Product Showcases will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on the submission date of the application.
- TBA retains the right to approve or deny a Product Showcase Application based on potential value to convention attendees and balance in scheduling with the overall convention program.
- Consideration will be provided ONLY for companies meeting the required application DEADLINE of June 2, 2012.

Malcolm Helm Scholarship Information

About:
The recipient of the Malcolm Helm Memorial Scholarship is an outstanding undergraduate wind or percussion player who is majoring in music education at a Texas public or private college or university. This Scholarship is funded by an endowment which is supported by Texas Bandmasters Association membership and other generous donors. The Texas Bandmasters Association sponsors the scholarship and awards the recipient at the annual Convention/Clinic.
