  • Exhibitor and/or Advertising Sustaining Membership
    Exhibitor Sustaining Membership is available to companies, corporations, or school affiliated organizations who exhibit at the TBA 2008 Convention/Clinic.

    Advertiser Sustaining Membership is available to companies, corporations, or school affiliated organizations who advertise in the TBA official Convention Program or TBA quarterly educational publications.

    If a company is exhibiting and also wishes to advertise, the sustaining membership fee will be assessed only one time.
    Membership Fee: $80.00 per exhibiting company

  • Non-Exhibitor/Non-Advertiser Sustaining Membership -- Non-Exhibitor/Non-Advertiser Sustaining Membership is available to companies, corporations, or school affiliated organizations who choose not to exhibit or advertise, but do wish to send their employees to the convention.
    Non-Exhibitor/Non-Advertiser Sustaining Membership fee: $95.00 per company

Exhibitor Booth Assignment
Exhibit spaces will be assigned by show management immediately following the contract return deadline, March 10, 2008. Assignment will be made according to a priority number based on TBA/TMEA Booth Lottery System which defines the method for awarding points:
  1. A company is awarded one (1) history point for EACH year it has previously exhibited (1 point per year).
  2. A company is awarded five (5) points for EACH booth it contracts for the 2008 Convention.
  3. A number representing the date the contract is received via the online registration process, by U.S.P.S., by fax, or by courier service (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)- 60 points to be awarded on or before 11 January, 2008, reduced by 1 point each day with 1 point awarded on the 60th day, March 10, 2008.
  4. A deposit of 50% of total charges must be received to trigger the points award. The balance is due June 1, 2008.
  5. You may pay online using credit cards and e-checking; the transaction is immediate and the points are awarded.
  6. You may use the PDF forms below to mail or courier your registration with a check if necessary. Points are awarded upon receiving the registration and deposit. Faxes are accepted with a credit card number provided for payment.

Contracts received after the contract return deadline will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. No change in booth assignments may be made without the approval of show management.
